Professionally steam-cleaned and detailed
Every pre-loved sofa we sell goes through the same process. Our restoration background means we hold furniture to a standard most resellers do not match. If it does not meet our bar, it does not go on the site.
Deep steam clean
Every fabric sofa is deep steam-cleaned throughout — cushions, crevices, and all upholstery surfaces. Leather pieces are cleaned and conditioned.
Full structural inspection
We check every frame, spring, and joint. If something is not right, the sofa does not go on the site. No exceptions.
Detailing and finishing
Cushions are fluffed, covers are straightened, and the piece is presented as it would be in a showroom. Ready for immediate use.
Honest condition notes
We photograph and describe every piece accurately. If there is sunfade, a minor mark, or anything worth knowing, we say so upfront.
No upfront payment required on pre-loved sofas. We operate on a cash-on-delivery or cash-on-pickup basis. You can also message us to reserve a piece before visiting the Jandakot showroom, so it is held for you.

Visiting in person is the best way to assess a pre-loved sofa. You can sit on it, check the condition, and ask us any questions before committing. We are happy to walk you through each piece and give honest advice about what suits your space.
